Designing and production planning
In Metal Works ALEM realizing design and production planning processes we use NX software. Using this excellent, multi-module tool we perform the following operations:
- 3D modeling of parts or complete assemblies
- Creating of technical documentation , instructional cards, tool lists, etc.
- CNC programming - designing tools track movements and generating control programs for CNC machine tools
- Three-dimensional visualization of the product (on customer request)
Required data
Designing and production planning are made based on data supplied by the customer. Following documents and information are necessary to begin the process:
- Documentation of the product or the sample object model
- Number of pieces ordered production batch
- Grade of material performed parts
- Preferred delivery date
- Additional requirements
